The fully heated premises are constructed to European standards and provide complete separation of cats to dogs.
We provide individual heat lamps during cold spells. Both dogs and cats receive quality, professional attention at all times. A grass paddock provides regular exercise for dogs. Each dog going into the paddock at least 3 to 4 times a day. We also like to lead walk the dogs everyday to give each dog variety and exercise. Background music is played throughout the day to calm and soothe pets.
We also provide a wide variety of brand name foods and are happy, on request, to cater for specialist requirements. You are welcome to provide your own food but there will be no reduction in the cost of the boarding.
Your pets must be currently inoculated and you will be required to show us your certificate of inoculation.
In addition, we highly recommend that all dogs are vaccinated against kennel cough. NOTE - if you do decide to vaccinate against kennel cough this must be done at least 7 days before your dog comes to stay with us.
If this is your pets first stay with us we recommend you come and visit - no appointment necessary - we are open 8.30am to 6.00pm every day. We encourage this. In fact, if being in kennels will be your pets first experience, you may wish to book them in for a night for reassurance (you and them)! Talk to our team about any concerns you may have.
